Clem heads up Carter Towler’s highly successful office agency team. With over 10 years office agency experience, Clem has established himself as a prominent professional in region’s commercial property sector.
Before joining Carter Towler, Clem honed his skills at JLL, one of the world’s largest international property consultancies where he gained invaluable experience, not only in office agency but also across various departments including capital markets, corporate recovery, valuation and development advisory. His broad skill set allowed him to play a crucial role in marketing numerous successful city centre and out-of-town office schemes.
Clem’s impressive client portfolio includes prestigious names such as Schroders, Boultbee Brooks, Investream, Firefly, Auger Real Estate, L&G, Evans of Leeds, Pullans, and St Brides.
His ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with these key clients underscores his expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Among Clem’s landmark achievements, his work in leasing Northspring Wellington Street stands out, where he successfully completed eight deals within a single year. He also played a pivotal role in achieving high-end rental values at 1 East Parade. Most recently, Clem has been instructed to sell several significant vacant possession assets in Leeds, including 10 Park Place, Network House in Horsforth, and Leeds Bridge House.
