One of Leeds’ Largest Office Lettings of the Year

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has taken a new 7 year lease on two floors of newly refurbished office accommodation at 2 Park Lane. The deal, negotiated by Carter Towler acting on behalf of property company Pullans, is one of the largest office lettings to be completed in the city this year.

The 21,804 sq ft of Grade A office space comprises the first and second floors of 2 Park Lane which overlooks Westgate, the Inner Ring Road and Joseph’s Well.

Long-standing client Pullans has added a spectacular double height glass atrium in addition to extensively refurbishing the ground and five upper floors of the building. The high quality, ultra-modern open plan office spaces have eco-efficient heating, lighting and ventilation systems throughout as well as showers, drying rooms and bike storage facilities.

Andrew Gillam, Head of Property at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, said: “Being able to relocate some 250 colleagues into these new offices is helping us to progress our Building the Leeds Way programme to build a new adults hospital and a new home for Leeds Children’s Hospital.”

“We are pleased to have found such suitable premises close to the hospital and the city centre offering accommodation with on-site parking. It will allow those teams affected by the development work to be co-located rather than being dispersed across the Trust.”

We started negotiations in April and in October Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust personnel will be relocating here. It’s all testament to Pullans commitment to providing the very best quality office facilities and to the excellent understanding they have of this prestigious client’s requirements.”

International digital marketing agency ICS-Digital has already leased 11,000 sq ft in the building and now just 16,500 sq ft remains available.
